（八打靈再也訊）教育部長拿督斯里希山慕丁表示，中國正崛起成為世界強國，如果大馬不視華小為大馬的強項，那將是我們的損失。

他說，大馬的華教系統也是中國以外最健全及完整的系統。

希山慕丁週四（1月3日）巡視八打靈再也培才華小後表示，教育部視國內的各源流學校為大馬的強項，而在無疆界世界裡，要栽培有競爭力的下一代非常重要。

不過，他說，只要不政治化或當成爭論性課題，教育部都會全力援助與支持有需要的各源流學校，包括華小。

This is Malaysia. Our chinese culture is preserved because of other country influences, so "praise" to China for being a strong country. It's a sad thing that the Minister of Education still cannot understand that our people want it to be preserved. If one day China culture is to be changed, there will be no necessary to have Chinese Primary School anymore.

Please know well what brings our education forward and what holds it back, Minister of Education. We, as Malaysians, want our culture to flow from generations to generations.
